 You'll have to be a bit more specific for a chance to get any sort of
 help... What are you precisely doing (presumably {{{sudo port install
 MyPaint}}}?) and what does not work, if you get an error message please
 follow the instructions and add the {{{main.log}}} and/or {{{config.log}}}
 files as an attachment to this ticket.
