 Understood and acknowledged. I admit, it was my own error to not submit
 the LibreSSL 3.6.0 version bump to libressl-devel. At the time, I am not
 even sure if the libressl.org website had distinguished that it was their
 development branch.

 While I can't predict what the future may hold as far as the maintainer
 goes, I will endeavor to be more mindful about the PRs I submit as being
 more consistent.
