 clang-6 fixes it because I changed the stdlib default in clang-5+ to match
 the MacPorts cxx_stdlib setting, therefore the defaults help. gcc6 won't
 fix this on Intel systems set up to build for libc++.

 Just have to get those build flags MacPorts' sets onto the build lines
