 I just upgraded my 2018 MB Air to Ventura and ran into the features.h
 issues, as well, installation fails almost immediately.

 I rely on xemacs, and it seems it has been broken on MacPorts for over two
 years with no resolution in sight, despite it seeming like something
 simple?
 How can we work around this issue?
