 ARC was fully supported by the OS as of 10.7.

 We're trying to be sure that i386 support is fully complete all the way
 back to 10.7 as well -- I'm pretty sure it is, haven't seen anything to
 suggest otherwise so far.

 The clang compiler that compiles to ARC i386 may well need to be something
 newish though.
