 OK, attached. Almost all these came from
 `/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_devel_gmp/gmp/work`.
 The exception is `./work/native-gmp-that-worked/gmp.h` which I copied from
 `/opt/local/include/gmp.h` which was installed by the non-`+universal`
 install of `gmp` that worked.
