 The situations has evolved.

 * grass now depends on proj8 (default) or on proj7, proj6
 * relax3d depends on proj7

 Port `proj47` seems to be gone, instead there is `proj4`, `proj` (ver 5),
 `proj6` .. `proj9`, which already is a clearer situation.

 Apparently `proj4` and `proj` still have quite some dependencies, so the
 cannot be removed right away. Though probably many of the depending ports
 just choose these just due to the traditional naming.
