 Originally when this port was put together, qtmultimedia caused issues and
 would not compile correctly.  Updating to QT 6.2.4 it looks like whatever
 blocked that has been remedied.

 I've issued a PR 16649 [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/16649] to both update to 6.2.4 and add qtmultimedia.
