 On a side note, we have once discussed `meson` crossfiles: here is why it
 is desirable, perhaps, to have `strip` specified. Since `meson` is broken
 for FAT builds: https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/issues/11034 – I add
 `muniversal` PG to `gdk-pixbuf2`. Then during configure I get this:

 stripped.
