 Installation of gettext-0.21_0 on OS 13.0.1, Arm64 architecture, Xcode
 14.1, generates the following configure warning:

 This is an example of many port installations since the OS upgrade to
 13.0; MacPorts documentation suggests these warnings should be reported.
