 After upgrading to macOS 13.0 Ventura, libffi can't be built with variant
 "+universal" anymore. This leads to some other ports which depends on
 libffi, such as python270, python310, and etc., can't be built with
 variant "+universal" as well.
 Everything went ok on macOS 12.6 Monterey.
