 Peter as far as I know nobody tries to build `gcc10-bootstrap` on 10.4
 PPC. It may be build, and if yes, you may try to use it to build icu-72; I
 doubt that it help, but anyway interesting to ask :)

 I plan to make a patch for ICU that should replaces a `.balign` to
 `.align` and prepare a branch to icu-devel that adds this patch, after
 that I'll ask you to test it. It should allow to build it, and probably it
 will work fine ;)
