Comment:

 The intention was that MacPorts gettext should not be doing anything with
 Java (#48651).
 When the gettext port was split into several subports (#58526) we only
 added the Java-disabling code to the gettext and gettext-runtime subports,
 but evidently it is also needed in at least the gettext-tools-libs
 subport. We should probably disable Java in all gettext subports, just to
 be safe, if that doesn't cause configure errors.
 We had the same problem with CSharp support which had only disabled in
 some of the gettext subports (#65334).
