#66305: Bringing multiple new OCaml ports into Macports: anyone interested to co-
maintain?

I want to bring `Stan` language and platform into Macports: https://mc-
 stan.org
It is a huge thing encompassing math libraries, tools to generate models,
integration into R and Python etc. One of its core components is an
 interpreter written in OCaml, `stanc`.

While we have needed dependencies for other components in Macports
(`eigen3`, `sundials`, `onetbb` etc.), OCaml part needs something about 50
new ports (mostly tiny ones, like Python packages). I have written
portfiles for those, and built everything, as far as OCaml part goes.

Few existing OCaml ports need minor fixes for PPC, like this one:
 https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/16744
Mostly everything builds fine. I think I had to patch about 5–6 ports, and
mostly of the new ones which are not in Macports yet.

If @pmetzger or anyone else understanding OCaml is interested to co-
maintain those ports, that will be awesome. Please let me know here, and I
 will add you.
