 Like #66272, the problem seems to stem from Python failing to invoke
 {{{/bin/ps}}} for some reason, and giving more or less unintelligible
 configuration errors.

 My {{{cmake}}}-fu is poor.  I tried passing {{{--trace-
 source=CMakeLists.txt}}} for further debugging, but wasn't able to emulate
 the environment.  Debugging MacPorts is hard…
