 I do not know how `user-config.jam` is built, presumingly it starts with a
 template like `boost_1_76_0/libs/beast/tools/user-config.jam` or (less
 probable) `boost_1_76_0/tools/build/example/user-config.jam`. Both contain
 no addiction to an `ld` setting like `-Wl,-rpath,/opt/local/lib/libgcc`.
 So it is introduced while creating the build environment. And it is
 created from a faulty version of
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/nue.de.rsync.macports.org/macports/release/tarballs/ports/_resources/port1.0/group/compilers-1.0.tcl.
