 So I suspect {{{/usr/bin/python2.7}}} exists, but is not python 2.7, it's
 some other thing that prompts some kind of action.

 In which case we'll have to start going back and rethinking the work that
 was done in all these llvms last year to use the system /usr/bin/python2.7
 if it existed.
