 macOS 13 no longer bundles groff. nroff had been a script that emulates
 nroff by calling groff.

 This can be fixed in the same manner as openldap at
 [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/commit/bcd011c764a4069e061859473269d76b422b3fd6 bcd011c764a4]: add a
 build-time dependency on the groff port, conditionally on macOS ≥ 13.
