 Looks like some of the buildbot workers (and so presumably some users
 also) have an existing unregistered
 `/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.logrotate.plist` which will need to
 be cleaned up in pre-activate. Also, the notes still refer to the
 `startupitem` variant.
