 Update :

 I used this command to tell the system which version of xcode to use :

 {{{sudo xcode-select --switch
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer}}}

 The output for {{{sudo port diagnose}}} changed to :

 cause problems. We'd recommend you remove them.
 Warning: it seems you have Homebrew installed on this system -- Because
 Homebrew uses /usr/local, this can potentially cause issues with MacPorts.
 We'd recommend you either uninstall it, or move it from /usr/local for
 now.

 I still have clang v 1.0.2 installed. I try to update this version for a
 newer one.
 If you have any other idea, it would be much appriciated
