 On a new Mac Studio (M1 Max, 32GB RAM), using Mac Ports 2.7.2, just
 installed today, I port installed Abiword (gnome word processor). The
 resulting installation is a PowerPC executable and of course will not
 execute! This port should be fixed. I tried forcing a build from source:

 sudo port install -s abiword

 but I still ended up with a PowerPC executable.

 Is there a way to force a full source build, resulting in an M1 executable
 (or even an x86 Rosetta executable)?
