 @cjones051073 - It's now OBE...  I removed libgcc8 and libgcc9 and the
 packages that depended on them.  The packages I wanted which were deleted
 in the process of getting rid of libgcc8 and 9 (gnuradio, gqrx, etc.) have
 been reinstalled and I was able to perform a selfupdate/upgrade outdated
 with no issues.
