 One difference from the older version is that header files are installed
 in a subdirectory instead of dumping them all in ${prefix]/include.  Other
 distributions generally place them there and apps that I've built all have
 #include <libhdhomerun/hdhomerun.h> in the source.

 Tested on 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.15 & 12.6.
