New description:

 How to migrate from one version of macOS to the next is explained here:

 * wiki:Migration

 Please consider doing one of the following:

  * moving the explanation to the Guide
  * adding a link to the explanation to the Guide
  * adding a link to the explanation to the FAQ

 Every time there's a new macOS release I have to hunt, hunt, hunt for that
 explanation.

 It takes me an embarrassingly long time because:

 * I always forget that it's called "migrating" (I seem to always search
 for "upgrading" and "updating"); and
 * I never think to check the Wiki, just the Guide and the FAQ.

 Maybe this is just a me thing; maybe not. Not sure.

 If there's some way for me to be of help in this, please let me know.

Comment:

 It would be good to have our documentation in fewer places, and the
 primary place for documentation should indeed be the guide.
