 It does not install at all on MacOS 13, that is, 'port install gcc12'
 produces an error. The log file was too big, and the upload was aborted;
 I'll see if I can provide a snippet.

 Also, here SDK13 is not installed by 'xcode-select --install',
 MacOSX12.3.sdk, using Xcode 14.1 (14B47b).
