 Hmm. I did install it on my Ventura machine.

 The only difference I see is in the Xcode version (I've got 14B5033e). I
 generally rename and Xcode Beta to Xcode to prevent an older version (in
 this case Xcode 14.0) from providing the wrong toolset.
