 Crashes during build; problem seems to be "constant expression evaluates
 to -12 which cannot be narrowed to type 'unsigned int'
 [-Wc++11-narrowing]".

 Monterey/x86_64 port installs fine (installs precompiled binary).

 macOS 12.5.1 (21G83);
 Xcode 13.4.1, Build version 13F100;
 MacPorts 2.7.2
