 Reviewing the logs, I noticed one key item: Version 2.54.4 is being
 installed, which suggests your ports tree is outdated. The current version
 is 2.54.5, and includes a change to specifically fix the issue you're
 encountering.

 Can you update your ports via `sudo port selfupdate`, and then upgrade all
 installed ports via `sudo port -N upgrade outdated`?

 Finally, once that's been done, try re-installing `librsvg`.
