 In the past, Clang blacklisting has been used a bit naively for my ports,
 when fixing build failures for older macOS releases.

 Revisit such cases, and identify opportunities where more appropriate
 means can be used. (Such as setting the C/Cxx standard during compilation,
 for example.)

 That includes, but is not limited to:
 * `coreutils`
 * `findutils`
