 With `libheif` in the mix, Jasper also supports an additional option:
 Experimental support for the HEIC codec.

 Despite the experimental status, I've tested it locally via `jasper-devel`
 (now retired), and it seems to work just fine.

 Let's add this to `jasper`: Either as part of existing variant `+heif`, or
 via a new variant.
