 wgrib2 [https://ports.macports.org/port/wgrib2/builds/ fails to build on
 all systems] with:

 ld: warning: directory not found for option '-L/opt/local/lib/proj8/lib'
 ld: library not found for -lproj
 collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
 }}}
 The port depends on proj (which is version 5) but uses paths of files
 instaled by the proj8 port.

 The problem was introduced in [addd37ad5856629a90374accb95c9cd9bbf11154
 /macports-ports] (which changed the paths from proj5 paths to proj8
 paths).
