 Worst-case, are there any libs/utilities out there, to embed an external
 binary blob in an object file?

 Alternatively, does this project support dynamically loading such files
 into memory at runtime, to sidestep this? (While I haven't looked at the
 code yet, it's not clear why this approach is necessary...)
