 My install file is installing {{{python38}}} even though I don't want it.

 However, when I call:

 {{{$ port dependents python38
 python38 has no dependents.}}}

 {{{$ port rdependents python38
 python38 has no dependents.}}}

 There is no indication of why this port has been installed.
