 Peter, did test fails on icu with python2.7? You're reporting about
 configure label. Yes, ICU is checking for python3 but support of python2.7
 isn't broken yet :)

 Thus, installed `icu` won't require `python-2,7` and `port reclaim` will
 remove it, if you remove library dependencies.
