 Yes, it looks like the same issue that I was having on Lion 10.7.5.

 Try building with a more modern compiler (e.g. clang-9.0), it will
 probably build just fine.

 e.g
 `sudo port upgrade lzma configure.compiler=macports-clang-9.0`
