 (2023-02-26) disabled parallel building, is this now considered fixed?

 that even without parallel building, mupdf 1.21.1 doesn’t have this

 (2023-04-04) updated mupdf to 1.21.1. Is it advisable to revert
 8c3eac6324ce now?
