 When I went into the local build following the instructions here:
 https://trac.macports.org/wiki/howto/PatchLocal, it worked fine.

 I ran

 {{{
 sudo make
 sudo make install
 }}}

 I suspect something with tcl not interacting well with the `wait` command
 in the build script maybe?
