 After the [https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/18077/ gdal
 3.6.3 update] is merged, installing gdal will cause both proj8 and proj9
 to be installed because gdal now defaults to its +proj9 variant while its
 dependency spatialite defaults to its +proj8 variant. Is spatialite
 compatible with proj9? If so, can a proj9 variant be added to spatialite
 and made the default?
