Agreed Ryan. Though with that being said, it's not clear why upstream is
now installing a pkgconfig for `lib2geom` either. (Via `2geom.pc`.)
Perhaps that's intentional, and it's now part of their official
distribution. But certainly unexpected.
Anyhow, I'll keep this ticket open to track that investigation, and report
back once it's been done.
