 We're currently testing a new release of gtk3, which ''might'' have a fix
 for this issue. (Though I haven't checked upstream's changelog, so
 difficult to say.)

 But if you want to try it - and that might be worthwhile, to see whether
 it's still an issue with the new release - do the following:

 {{{
 $ sudo port -f deactivate gtk3
 $ sudo port -N install gtk3-devel
 }}}

 Then rereun your apps/utils, to see whether it's still an issue.
