 If you re-synced your ports tree within an hour or two after
 `gimp2-launcher` was updated, it may not have been included.

 But if your currently-installed version of `gimp2-launcher` is
 `2.10.34_2`, you have it.

 If not, re-run `sudo port selfupdate`, and try it again.
