 This problem is also happening on the 10.6 and 10.8 buildbot workers.
 (10.7 is offline at the moment.) On the 10.9 or later workers,
 installation succeeds, and `dar_cp_static` links with `-l flags, not
 explicitly specifying static versions of libcurl, etc.

 Correction: 2.7.10 didn't install this but it looks like 2.7.11 does.
