 I have the exact same problem, but since I have to use a custom / multi-
 install of MacPorts, I cannot rely on downloading a binary archive, but
 must instead build from source.

 Worse, this is a build for High Sierra, and Xcode 10.1 is the latest that
 will still run on HS.
 I simply do not have the option of clang-16.

 Please don't blacklist clang-10, as there are many ports which seem to
 depend on rust (I am trying to build amavisd-new).
 It seems kind of un-realistic to chop off such a large number of pors
 which currently claim to support older platforms.
