 The SVN client should not crash this way, even if just for specific SVN
 server. The fact that it was for a specific server sounds possibly like
 #67150. Unless your crash report is still available, maybe try checking
 whether that server now works or there is instead an error like `internal
 error: failed to init cipher 'rc4'`.
