 The apcupsd Portfile contains this line:

 https://jaist.dl.sourceforge.net/project/apcupsd/apcupsd%20-%20Stable/${version}/
 }}}

 Please instead use the `sourceforge` fetch group so that the port can
 download files from whichever SourceForge mirror is closest.
