 Following on from [https://github.com/macports/macports-legacy-
 support/pull/58#issuecomment-1576912010]:

 `CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW` is documented to increment while the system is
 asleep, and `CLOCK_UPTIME_RAW` is documented to not do that. But they
 currently share the same implementation in legacy-support's
 `clock_gettime`. So one of the two must be behaving incorrectly.
