 I'm seeing the following, for subport `gettext-tools-libs`:

 Assuming that's the same issue you're seeing, it's probably something
 minor. (Perhaps one or more configure args needs to be added and/or
 changed. Or possibly an upstream issue, which needs a patch.)

 But Ryan knows this port better than anyone, so let's give him a chance to
 look at it when he has time.
