 Probably.

 However, mbedtls uses {{{cmake}}}, so changing the target install path is
 not as easy as specifying {{{prefix=/some/path}}}.

 Secondly, you have to insure that ports that depend on {{{mbedtls}}} can
 find the correct version or both versions.
