 Thanks for the log file!

 Could you please check if you have the directory
 {{{/opt/local/libexec/boost/1.76/include/boost/}}} with contents and in
 particular the file
 {{{/opt/local/libexec/boost/1.76/include/boost/intrusive_ptr.hpp}}} on
 your system.
