 I just checked on my FreeBSD server: Indeed the {{{rust-bootstrap}}}
 version is 1.74.0 while {{{rust}}} is at 1.74.1.

 This may mean a multi step update path

 However, it may also be possible to update {{{rust-bootstrap}}} before
 attempting to update {{{rust}}}.
